Derived vs published rate card

Publishing overwrites the card for all three tiers.
Every component is normalised to cost per one unit of output. A sheet-based material divides sheet cost by the area it covers; a lump sum divides by the output it is spread over; a percentage applies to the running subtotal above it. That's why changing plywood from ₹120 to ₹140 moves the final rate by a predictable amount rather than an arbitrary one.
